3 Day Tour

It’s more than just the only walled city north of Mexico. It’s a city that is filled with warmth, romance and superb dining. It carries the mystique of the nineteenth century with all the modern luxuries of this the twenty-second century.

Day 1 CORNWALL-QUÉBEC CITY Our tour takes the route of the south shore of the mighty St. Lawrence bringing us into the heart of the old city. We’ll have lunch just prior to Québec City. This afternoon we’ll take you on a guided tour of the city, to experience the new along with the old. We’ll stay at the Chateau Laurier Hotel for the next two nights just outside of the old city wall. Dinner this evening will be at the L’Astral revolving restaurant giving you a panoramic of the city and the St. Lawrence. (D)

Day 2 This morning we’ll drive to Ste.-Anne-de-Beaupre and make a visit to not only the church but to the Cyclorama of Jerusalem. The Cyclorama creates an illusion of life and relief that is so real, that it gives visitors the feeling that they are themselves in Jerusalem. Finding yourself again in biblical times in the heart of Holy Land will fascinate you. The attraction is unique in Canada and the world. We’ll visit Chez Marie for a slice of great homemade bread and maple butter, then back to Quebec city for lunch and a free afternoon. This evening we’ll embark on a cruise of the harbour and enjoy The Image Mill presentation with simultaneous music, all in the comfort of our ship. (B)

Day 3 QUÉBEC CITY-CORNWALL. This morning our tour will be visiting Le Petit Champlain district of the old port of Quebec City for your last opportunity of doing a little shopping and browsing around the old city, plus having lunch before making our journey back home. (B)
