Georgian Bay and The 30000 Islands

Dinner, Cruise, Theatre & More
July 20-22 2010
3 Day Tour

The beautiful Georgian Bay Area awaits, inviting us to explore it’s shores. This is one of the largest concentrations of islands in the world and this tour is definitely a ‘Jolly Good Time.’

DAY 1 CORNWALL-MIDLAND Our travels take us to Toronto for lunch today then it’s a short drive to put us into the Midland area for a two night stay. The ‘Miss Midland’ awaits for our 2 ½ hour dinner cruise this evening into the 30,000 Islands. Entertainment will take on an Irish flavour. (D)

DAY 2 MIDLAND A visit to this area would not be complete without a stop at the historic site of Sainte Marie Among the Hurons for a guided tour. We’ll visit the Martyr’s Shrine close by and stop at one of the Trent Severn Waterway’s unique systems, The Inland Marine Railway for photo opportunities. We’ll dine at Captain Robert’s Table and enjoy the theatrical production of “See How They Run,” a marathon of laughs at the Discovery Harbour Theatre. (B, D)

DAY 3 MIDLAND-CORNWALL When we leave our hotel this morning, we’ll take a little different route toward home going through Orillia and cutting across the Kawartha Lakes district. Expected time of arrival back in Cornwall early this evening. (B)
